on-line:
Enroll Now for Online Interim Reporting
Easy As 1-2-3
Texas Mutual Insurance Company will accept interim payroll reports online.* It’s as easy as 1-2-3.
STEP ONE
Current users. If you already use Texas MutualSM
online services for loss runs or claim detail review, just send an email to
information@texasmutual.com, and ask for access to the new online interim reporting feature. Please include your policy number.
New users. If you aren’t currently registered for Texas
MutualSM
online services, click on “Employers” at texasmutual.com, then click on “Interim Reporting” in the left-hand column. At the login page, click on “online application,” and provide the required information.
STEP TWO
Once we process your email or online application, we will send you a user name and password under separate email messages. For security purposes, we will only provide online interim reporting access to the employees that you identify as approved to view your payroll and premium information.
STEP THREE
Effective August 1, 2003, you can begin using Texas
MutualSM
online interim reporting to complete and submit your interim reports, calculate your premium due, pay reports by automatic account debit, and view your interim reporting and payment history.

*Policyholders that use online interim reporting will not receive paper copies of the reports and postings. Texas Mutual Insurance Company will not accept duplicate or revised reports online.
