Bollinger ‘Ethics’ Outstanding Continuing Class
Returns again and again for ASSIST Conventions
Amber Bollinger receives her award from Denise Nicholson at the ASSIST Convention 2009 in Austin. Amber has the full attention of all of our members when giving the class on ethics for the past two years, and has agreed to again give the ethics class at our convention in San Antonio in October 2010.
Bollinger is the national training manager with IPC International Corporation. She has been employed with IPC for eight years and served four of those years as a regional human resources representative for the southern United States. Amber is a certified human resources professional through the Society for Human Resources and a certified instructional designer through Langevin. She holds a degree in criminal justice from the College of Lake County in Illinois and has completed a Business Acumen Accreditation with the Lake Forest School of Management. Her experiences with IPC range from employee relations, investigations, recruitment and training and professional development.
Most recently she designed, developed and implemented IPC’s nationwide, enhanced, Supervisor Development Training Program and CCTV Training Program. She has instructed courses both internally with IPC and for external clients on such topics as: workplace violence, workplace harassment, segway training, verbal communications, closed circuit television, customer service, cultural diversity, leadership ethics, strategic recruiting, coaching and leadership development. Additionally, Bollinger writes IPC’s monthly Leader’s Edge e-newsletter geared towards strengthening the core leadership skills of IPC’s employees.
